Sentara Platform acts as Data Controller and adheres to Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and international data protection standards.
2. Categories of Data Processed
We only collect strictly necessary identifiers: Discord ID, username, avatar URL, optional Roblox username/ID, session logs, and support ticket interaction history.
3. Data Security & 256-bit Encryption
All client-server communications use TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES encryption. Passwords and sensitive tokens are never stored in plaintext.
4. Your Rights Under Data Protection Laws
You have the full right to access, rectify, port, or permanently delete your stored data by submitting a ticket via our official Discord server.
